Jones Walker LLP Online Store Instructions

1.      Visit the portal homepage or shopjoneswalker.com

2.      FIRST TIME USERS: Click “My Account” or “Log In” button in the upper right-hand corner

a.     Scroll to the Account Registration for New Customers section

b.     Enter name and e-mail address and create password

c.      Click “Create Account” button

        RETURNING USERS: Click “My Account” or “Log In” button in the upper right-hand corner

a.     Enter email address and password

b.     Click “Log In” button

3.      After registering or logging in, you will see your name at the upper right-hand corner

4.      Begin shopping by clicking on one of the main category tabs (Accessories, Apparel, Bags, Drinkware, Pens/Stationery)

a.     Click on the image of the product you wish to order

b.     After clicking on the product image, you will be taken to a new page where you will then choose the specifics of your item (size, color, quantity)

                                                    i.     Enter the quantity next to the appropriate size and color item you wish to purchase.

                                                   ii.     Press “Add to Cart”

c.      To continue shopping after an item has been added to the cart, click the “Continue Shopping” button at the bottom right-hand corner OR click the “back” button in your browser, which will bring you to the previous page.

                                                    i.     Neither option affects the cart

5.      To begin the Checkout process, click on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner

a.     Click on the button that says “Checkout” at the bottom right-hand corner.

                                                    i.     You are able to view your estimated shipping costs on this page.

b.     A form for Shipping Address and Shipping Options will appear. Fill out the form with your information.

c.      After filling out the forms, click “Continue”

                                                    i.     If there is an empty box or incorrect box the page will not advance and will ask that you correct the errors.

d.     A form for Checkout will appear.

e.     Select your Billing Method: Gift Certificate or Credit Card

                                                    i.     If you are using a gift certificate code, enter the code into the pop up box and click “OK.” If you have exceeded your gift certificate limit, you will be prompted to enter a credit card for your balance.

                                                   ii.     You will be able to review the amount charged to your gift certificate code and credit card on the next page before submitting your order.

f.       Fill out the form for Billing Address, or check the box that you are using the same address as your shipping address.

g.     After making sure all information is correct, click “Continue.”

h.     A final Checkout page will appear.

                                                    i.     Once you review your order details click “Submit Order”

6.      After clicking “Submit Order” you will receive an automatic order confirmation email.

a.     After your order ships, you will receive an e-mail from FedEx with the tracking information for your shipment.

b.     To track the status of your order, click on My Account in the upper right-hand corner, then click “Order History”

c.      If everything is submitted properly, the order will be delivered within 1-4 business days.
